Happy, i m sooo soooo soo happy
i just bought my new fon W380i...
a cool fon.. although i had some a wrong charger he gave me when i bought the fon..
== swt, it is a brand new 1..

Life in Cyber

Many things happen when i come to cyber
$$ fly away thats for sure haha...
depart from my home(i miss my family)
alone... in my little kancil... with all my stuff packed along haha
reach here.. put all my stuff into my unit along with my friends. @@
nth much jus as usual clean my room this n that
bla bla bla.. ==
sleep early cause nxt morning early classes.. ==
and no internet connection(main reason) haha.
nxt morning wat the **** my car gt clamp by the security guard..
they say i took the wrong pass ==... what is they who gv me d pass..
argg!! i m so innocent!! RM 50 fly away as stated in front line.. ==
it doesn't matter,
it causes my car to noise more!!
for your information.. when i went for car checking, the Formen say
my wheel bearing crush into pieces, i was like.. WTF
another RM120 gone.. duh!!
many suay thing happen to me when i come to cyber ... but it doesn't matter
things come better when i had settle down..
here i join my previous club.. CLS again! haha..
here i wish i can learn more things. many new things that i see in cyber
wish me all the best..
oh yeah bdw.. i join the 2nd time CLS orientation, those in mlk dun jealous of me who can't join for the second time =p

Once upon a time, there was a guy who name John,
one day, he went to learn CPR(Cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
he had been taught that he should be doing it while he can't feel any heartbeat of the victim

Another guy, who name Crest,
there were once he heard from his friend asking what is CPR,
his friend who name joker, told him that CPR = ...............

one day.
a guy who almost drown in the sea...
Crest quickly went and save him...
the guy was unconscious, he doesn't know what to do next..
and then, John came, he told him to do CPR, QUICK, CPR,
and he ask, do you know how to do CPR with furious!
Crest say yes i know, and John replied, and quick do it then,
Crest replied, i m already doing it...
John was shock and ask huh? you are doing it?
He though he was doing something miracle...
so after awhile, the victim is stil unconscious,
John was worried and try to have a check on the victim.
John got a cold sweat, Crest ask .. is he alive?
John ask Crest again? do you know CPR

*when doing cpr, we are pumping around his rib as the heart is situated between our rib
and a slight left of our body*

*p.s: do not do this while in real situation, CPR is a very important technique to rescue people

哇。。 真的是个“美好”的早上
鸡蛋糕。。 不是被闹钟叫醒反而是被垃圾车叫醒
还不错。。。 是我第一次。。
洗澡，刷牙，吃早餐。
准备书。。 开车上学。。过后，在半路。。
俊杰忽然通知我Class Cancel.. 哇。。 炸到咯。。
害我这样早起床。。
这时我还没U turn 要回去时，在我前两辆车就是

电话坏了，没办法就只好回家。。
回到家，就拿起chemistry 书来读。

没想到地点换了，还我白跑一趟。。
当天的英文节是我觉得我的历史被那个老师教

回到家。。 没什么特别就赶快放下了书
躺在床上，就睡着去了。。 自己提醒自己八点有考试
睡半个钟头也好。。 就睡。。 半个钟头后，起来
哇！！ 全身有点痛。。 不多说就去拿书在读。。
读阿读。。 读到七点。 去冲凉， 过后吃晚饭。
去考场。。 考试。。 总算还能做，真的不希望会像
physic 这样无法形容 。。 一小时后，考试完毕。。 有点轻松
从考场出来后。。 遇到TB。。 谈起了Cyber。。
就有点烦恼。。 haiz.. 万事可要多想几次才来打算。。
由于Gary要回家乡了。。 就载他回去他马六甲的家。。 ==
过后赶回去A1 去听下SAAS talk.. 去了就觉得
地球很需要我们反省哈哈。。

do you all clear what is Earth Hour about?
Earth Hour 2009 had a simple request
it just need us to switch off our light for just an hour
from 8:30pm to 9:30pm

A disappointment had gone through my heart from
the moment 8:30pm start.. Most of the Malaysian
doesn't know this hour and this moment.
Earth is suffering from global warming.
Just an hour to switch off the light
can make a difference in our world
give a better place for living being to live
to have a healthier mother earth.
Malaysian, i do sincerely hope that we all
realise that Earth is suffering

Useful thing to share with you all ==

hehe..
heres some tips to let u all try to lose weight maybe..
but i stil prefer this way to swim more better

1) to practice kicking while in water, use a floating board while do the kicking
2) leg stay still while your arm is pulling( do this 20 times for 25 meter each, exactly a width of a olympic swimming pool), this improve arm muscle( nt growing muscle but to last longer and nt so tired when u use ur muscle)
3) do some rope skipping for one minute and rest for 30 second and do it again.( 10 times a day, can be good) improve leg muscle and wrist
4) for those who want to lose weight, effort must be made.. ^^ swim slow for 30 times aday(25meter also) freestyle

this four can hlp nt to get fatter only.. hahahaha... get lose weight, yes if u rly do all these four everyday^^

5.30 walk the bb hill with my beloved mum, saw dad on the way haha.. (x3 round, up and down)
7pm went swim ( 1km with zhong sen, 2km with others(freestyle), 10 x 4o High velocity sprint(freestyle）
too bad pancit after 5 x 40... swt ..
9.45pm went back, eat...
10pm heres my day full of exercises @@.... lol....

gd nite everyone... haha... jus wan to remember this day cause it is my happy day...
