Useful thing to share with you all ==

hehe..
heres some tips to let u all try to lose weight maybe..
but i stil prefer this way to swim more better

1) to practice kicking while in water, use a floating board while do the kicking
2) leg stay still while your arm is pulling( do this 20 times for 25 meter each, exactly a width of a olympic swimming pool), this improve arm muscle( nt growing muscle but to last longer and nt so tired when u use ur muscle)
3) do some rope skipping for one minute and rest for 30 second and do it again.( 10 times a day, can be good) improve leg muscle and wrist
4) for those who want to lose weight, effort must be made.. ^^ swim slow for 30 times aday(25meter also) freestyle

this four can hlp nt to get fatter only.. hahahaha... get lose weight, yes if u rly do all these four everyday^^
